you (customer) on orders for appraisal services and/or related services and/or products and sold by aasg in the United States. By accepting services and/or products, customer agrees
to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
APPLY (I) UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH aasg,
IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN; OR (II) UNLESS OTHER aasg
STANDARD TERMS APPLY TO THE TRANSACTION. These terms and conditions
are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at the sole discretion of aasg
and so stated by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit
this page to review the then current terms and conditions.
APPLICABLE
LAWS .....
Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations as
established by each state and applicable laws of the United States.
This agreement and any sales thereunder shall be governed by the laws of the
state of California, without regard to conflicts of laws rules.
APPLICABLE
TAXES .....
Customer is responsible for any and all applicable sales tax, as well
as any and all other taxes that may be associated with the service/product order. Applicable sales tax will automatically
be calculated into the final purchase price. When relevant, California State sales tax will be collected for products shipped
to California addresses.
APPOINTMENT
CANCELLATION POLICY .....
In instances where customer requests an on-site appraisal service be performed,
and later is to be canceled, an appointment cancellation fee may be imposed. Said cancellation fee shall apply when
one or any of the following conditions is met:
Appointment is secured by aasg and therefore
subsequently canceled by customer, vehicle owner, and/or individual showing or otherwise in possession of vehicle, without
a suitable and timely (timely = one (1) hour minimum) cancellation notification prior to the scheduled appointment
time, with said cancellation notification made directly to aasg, and/or stated
appointment is otherwise not able to be executed due to no fault of aasg.
The customer retaining the services of aasg,
and/or on whose behalf aasg services have been retained, agrees to an assessed
appointment cancellation fee of up to one-half (½) the stated appraisal fee plus any incurred applicable mileage fee.
At the sole discretion of aasg,
said assessed appointment cancellation fee will be applied/charged to customer submitted credit or debit card, or billed via
an aasg generated statement. Assessed appointment cancellation fee must
be proffered prior to any further action and/or ensuing appointment is secured and/or change in appraisal service as requested
by customer.

GUARANTEE aasg
guarantees that any appraisal service purchased by customer directly from aasg,
to be accepted for its intended purpose within specific limitations. If it cannot be used for its intended purpose due to
rejection by a third party requesting said appraisal service, on the merits that the completed appraisal is not worthy, credible,
or performed within standard industry guidelines, aasg guarantees that a refund
of the appraisal service fee will be allocated if the appraisal is rejected by said third party. Refund
must meet the following criteria: - Applies Only To Non Acceptance
Of The Appraisal By A Third Party
- Does Not Apply To Disagreements
Of Stated Appraised Value
- Valid For Sixty (60) Days From Original

requested material to determine if refund is deemed worthy. Said review will be performed in an appropriate
and timely manner. Customer
is responsible for all fees incured in returing material. When warranted, refund will be issued within thirty (30) days of approval. It's
the sole discretion of aasg to issue refunds in the form

PRODUCT GUARANTEE aasg guarantees
that any product purchased by customer directly from aasg to be free
of defects in manufacturing. It is the sole responsibility of the customer, at their sole expense, to
return any defective products to aasg for review. Said
review will be performed in an appropriate and timely manner. It is the sole discretion of aasg to
(I) refund the product purchase price (Does Not Include Applicable S&H Fees)
paid by customer, (II) replacing the defective product or, (III)
deny request due to customer misuse of stated product. Refund/Replacement will

altered terms and conditions will be deemed null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both
customer and qualified aasg representative.
PAYMENT
TERMS .....
Terms of payment are within the sole discretion of aasg,
and unless otherwise agreed to by aasg, payment must be received by aasg prior to acceptance by aasg of an
order. Payment for any products and services may be made by credit card, personal or business check ... paper or paperless
(electronic), certified funds, money orders or other prearranged payment method. Issued statements are due and
payable upon receipt. aasg may invoice parts of an order separately.
Orders are not binding upon aasg until accepted by aasg.
Any quotations given by aasg will be valid for the period stated on
the quotation. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.
A $25.00 fee will be assessed on any/all return checks.
PRODUCT
WARRANTY .....
aasg disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, relating to
the product, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of fitness; and the
express warranties are in lieu of all obligations or liabilities on the part of aasg
arising out of or in connection with the sale, use, or operation of the product.
RESALE
POLICY .....
Customer agrees and represents that it is buying any service/product from aasg
solely for customer's own internal use, and not for resale in any manner, public or private.

sole discretion of aasg, a refund of the appraisal service fee will
be allocated. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund must meet the following criteria: - Appraisal
Information Report - AIR Must Not Be Completed In Any Fashion What-So-Ever
- Appraisal Information Report - AIR Must Not Be Damaged And/Or

On occasion, depending upon customer submitted mailing/shipping address, optional
priority-express overnight service may only be performed within a two (2) day window as regulated by aasg employed
delivery service, FedEx - UPS - DHL - USPS, or other...public or private.
aasg is not responsible for
undelivered service(s)/product(s) due to fault of employed delivery services be they standard
