DIMINISHED
VALUE APPRAISAL SERVICE
The Phase~III Diminished
Value Appraisal Service consists of a complete and thorough evaluation of the vehicle's body and frame, all mechanical
components, and complete interior appointments, prior to as well as post accident related. A comprehensive review
of each Repair Order (RO) is conducted to determine the full extent of the damage and the quality
of the repair. With the information gained, an accurate Fair Market Value (FMV) or Actual Cash Value
(ACV) along with the Diminished Value (DV) is assigned. Values are established using a combination
of up-to-date book values, comparable market values, and USPAP accepted diminished value formulas.
Plus with the Phase~III Diminished Value Appraisal Service, you'll receive
an in-depth analysis of your vehicle's specific information such as its history - upgrades - customization, etcetera.
Also conducted are various fact finding sessions and interviews to substantiate any diminished value evidence presented.
The Phase~III Diminished Value Appraisal Service offers a minimum of three comparable or "comp" values of similar
vehicle's to successfully illustrate a diminished value claim. If required, any client submitted legal documents will
be reviewed and completed. It also comes with the appraiser's personal hand written review and opinion of the vehicle, the severity
of the accident, quality of the repair performed, and the final overall result.
